CAHELP Employee Handbook
Working as a student worker, I was fortunate enough to lead the CAHELP Employee Handbook. It had to follow our branding guidelines and color schemes. Getting started with the project, I gathered all the neccessary information that was to be included in the handbook. Then I started laying everything out in Adobe InDesign. For the graphics, I created them myself with the approval of my boss.
I learned so much about design work from this project, for example, working with different departments to gather all the necessary information, getting approval on what should be included in the handbook, layout design, and working with others.
